All items must be bought from AstridSilk to be eligible for refund/ or return within 60 days of purchase.
Customer will be responsible for refund/ return and exchange shipping expenses.
Refund/ Return/ Exchange
To be eligible for a refund/ return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase of the product.
To start a refund/ return, you can contact us at support@astridsilk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For exchange, it will depends on the availability of the colour, size and model of the product.
Returns due to faulty, damaged or sending of wrong colour items:
Please do reach out to us and we will send you a return shipping label and where to send your package.
Please note that the return shipping label is only available in Singapore at this juncture.
